Around 4 watt-hours of battery and 7 hours of continuous light together imply a power consumption of at most 0.6 watts, and none of the registered FILIYANO light strips is that frugal. No manufacturer document exists for exactly this model; the brand page lists only outdoor lights.
Read moreB.K.Licht pendant light BKL1001
The same manufacturer page gives the light as 16 watts and 1,750 lumens in the page title, 16 watts and 1,600 lumens in the data table and 20 watts in the answer text. The LED board is permanently installed: when it fails, the whole light goes with it.

The documents exist, they simply do not agree: the manufacturer data sheet gives 2.5 watts and 1,700 lumens for the complete set, while the same company has registered 2.5 watts and 200 lumens for a single one of the 15 strips. If you add the strips together, you arrive at 37.5 watts and 3,000 milliamperes. The manufacturer's own motion sensor for exactly this set is specified at 36 watts and 2,000 milliamperes.
Read moreLaPitio outdoor string lights 60M
The listing advertises that several strings can be plugged together, and in the same sentence limits this to 150 light bulbs. This one string already has 100, two would be 200: two identical strings exceed the seller's limit by a third. In addition, IP45 does not support the word waterproof, because the second digit 5 stands for water jets from a nozzle and not for immersion.

The title gives 126 LEDs, a bullet point in the same listing gives 84 chips and six times ten watts. Both together cannot be right, and the EU product register settles the question differently from both: for the model identifier HY-G-60W it lists 24.0 watts power consumption, 1,914 lumens and 3,000 kelvin. That 24 watts and not 60 apply is confirmed by the registered efficiency class F, because at 60 watts the same amount of light would only reach class G. A PPFD figure with a measuring distance, which is the only thing that counts for plant lighting, is missing from every document.

The instructions linked in the listing itself give IP rating IP20 and a light source of energy efficiency class G. The listing advertises A++ in two places, a class that has no longer existed for light sources since September 2021. In addition there are 15,000 versus 35,000 hours of rated lifetime, 120 versus 60 LEDs per metre and three different sets of colour temperatures for the same product.
Read moreFREEPOWER set of 4 LED candles outdoor TH-13
The listing gives 300 hours of light from two AA cells and, in the data table, 1 watt of power. Both together is impossible: two alkaline cells hold around 9 watt-hours, so at 1 watt that would be nine hours rather than 300. For the advertised outdoor use, the listing also gives no IP digits, although the same manufacturer explicitly states them on its own website for a different candle range.

The title says Dimmable with remote control, the first bullet point says controlled by a normal switch and Not dimmable. The product data sheet that the listing page delivers carries the brand Aluxa and the model identifier CHDX-LED0015, gives 41.6 watts instead of 55 and a fixed colour temperature instead of three. From the page's own figures, 2,000 lumens at 55 watts, you get 36 lumens per watt and therefore class G, whereas class E is stated.
Read moreSUFUYA portable LED work light 30 W with 3 m cable
The listing advertises 6,500 lumens at 30 watts, which would be 216.7 lumens per watt and therefore better than class A. The product data sheet that the seller itself provides on the page gives 6,000 lumens, 6,500 instead of 5,000 kelvin, a colour rendering index of 80 instead of 96 and class B. The same sheet gives a displacement factor of 0.50, although the Ecodesign Regulation requires at least 0.9 above 25 watts.

The colour temperature is selected using a slide switch on the back of each spotlight, labelled WW, NW and CW. After installation, this switch sits above the ceiling and can no longer be reached without removing the light. The manual gives no dimmer type and no IP marking, but does show a house symbol for indoor use. The EU product register lists 30 light sources of the trade brand GeyouLux, but none under the model identifier of this set.

The register gives 320 lumens at 3.2 watts, that is 100 lumens per watt and class F, plus a colour rendering index of 52 and a standby consumption of 0.3 watts. Left on the mains for a year, the transformer uses more at idle than the string lights do in a whole Advent season. As we read the manufacturer's system, it is not expandable: Konstsmide lists its plug-in system separately and under 31 volts.
Read moreLedlenser ML4 Warm Light, cordless lantern with 300 lumens in boost and 40 hours on the lowest setting
The listing title puts 300 lumens and up to 40 hours side by side. In the Ledlenser data sheet both figures appear in the same table, but in different columns: 300 lumens in boost with no runtime given at all, 40 hours at 5 lumens. From 750 milliampere-hours and 3.7 volts you get 2.77 watt-hours, and that is enough for roughly one hour at a real 300 lumens. There is expressly no registration obligation in the EU energy label here.

NEEWER lists at least three current product pages under the designation RL-18, and the figures on them do not agree: 55 watts and 5,600 kelvin for the set with tripod, 55 watts and 5,500 kelvin for the head without tripod. The EU product register lists the model identifier RL-18 with 45 watts, 5,500 lumens and 6,000 kelvin. The 5,500 lux at 0.5 metres is given only by the English product page, the German one gives no brightness value. According to the manual, the Bluetooth remote in the box controls the phone's shutter, not the brightness of the light.

The manufacturer's shop lists this light as flicker-free. In the EU product register, the same company has entered for the same model identifier a flicker metric Pst LM of 1.0 and a stroboscopic metric SVM of 0.9, that is more than double the general limit of 0.4. Above rotating machinery this is a practical issue and not a side note. The 4,320 lumens at 36 watts apply per light, not to the pack of four, and recalculated give 120 lumens per watt.

The operating instructions give 3 watts minimum load, 300 W/VA maximum load for resistive and capacitive loads and expressly no inductive loads. A separate, reduced maximum LED load is missing from every document: the only mention of the power factor appears as a parenthesis in an answer in the manufacturer's shop. At a power factor of 0.5, 60 theoretical 5-watt spotlights become only 30. This dimmer does not need a neutral wire, and that is documented by the instructions and the wiring diagram.

The listing gives 7,000 lumens at 100 watts. That is 70 lumens per watt, and efficiency class F only begins at 85. In the EU product register the same brand appears with 9,000 lumens and class F, while at a DIY store the same seller declares the sister article number with identical register values as class G. The second listing number with identical figures belongs to a different article number with a different housing, a different rated lifetime and a control panel without a relax mode.

The listing puts three runtimes side by side: 160 hours warm white, 70 hours cool white, 3.5 to 6 hours at full brightness. The German brand page, by contrast, gives 36 hours for cool white. From 15,000 milliampere-hours and 3.6 volts you get 54 watt-hours; the 36 hours therefore require roughly 1.5 watts, the 70 hours roughly 0.77 watts, and neither figure gives the associated brightness. The listing gives neither a lumen figure nor a capacity anywhere.
Read moreUVtech Blue-3 Pro light therapy glasses, 480 nanometre blue light, timer with 15, 30 and 45 minutes according to the manual
UVtech names the standard IEC 62471 for the Blue-3 Pro, but in no document the risk group that this standard produces as its result. The 600 lux of the blue mode are given without a measuring point; by our own conversion that is around 630 microwatts per square centimetre at 480 nanometres, roughly two and a half times the documented maximum of AYO, which shows an order of magnitude and does not claim a hazard. The white light mode is described as 470 nanometres, although white light has no single wavelength, and nobody gives a colour temperature. The advertised intensity settings are unknown to the supplier's manual: there is one light colour, one timer and an automatic function that always ramps up to maximum brightness.
