People and responsibility

Our team behind TopLampenReviews

Behind a buying guide there should be a reachable person, not an anonymous “review lab”. That is why we show here who is responsible for the content, which tasks make up the editorial work and where our limits lie.

AI-assisted text, editorially reviewed · Images are real product photos, not AI images · Details

Transparency starts with names: This page lists only people whose involvement we can actually document. We make areas of work such as research or technical data maintenance visible without creating invented profiles, photos or CVs for them.

Owner and editorially responsible

Seydhan Cakmak

TopLampenReviews · Cakmak Digital · TopReviews network

Seydhan Cakmak runs TopLampenReviews and is editorially responsible for the published content. This includes the choice of topics, the rules for sources and product data, and the decision on which statements can really be derived from the available evidence.

The focus is not on invented laboratory measurements but on an understandable buying decision: what lighting task should a lamp fulfil, which figures are reliable and which open points does a buyer have to check themselves before ordering?

The technical side is part of the responsibility too. Product images, ASIN assignment and current prices are integrated via the Amazon Creators API. Manufacturer documents and retailer information remain recognisable as sources instead of being quietly rewritten as our own experience.

What the editorial work involves

These areas are real tasks within the project. They are deliberately not presented as additional staff as long as there is no person behind them who can be named and documented.

1

Research and context

Manufacturer pages, data sheets, retailer information and documented user experiences are considered separately. A technical figure only becomes useful once it is clear which distance, room or use it belongs to.

2

Product data and technology

ASIN, product image, availability and price must belong to the right model. Technical maintenance prevents an analysis from pointing to a different variant or to an offer that no longer fits.

3

Quality and corrections

Before publication, internal links, sources, structured data and purchase notes are checked. Notes about outdated information do not end up in an anonymous mailbox but are handled traceably via the contact page.

From topic to finished page

How a piece is made

Every pillar page and every product analysis goes through the same basic process. Which sources are available determines the depth of the statements.

Step 01Clarify the lighting task

Reading, working, finding your way around or creating atmosphere: first the use, then the product.

Step 02Collect sources

Product listing, manufacturer documents and technical data are matched to one another.

Step 03Name the limits

Listing claims remain listing claims. Missing measurements or hands-on experience are not filled in.

Step 04Check the technology

Links, images, price block, FAQ, schema and mobile display are checked before upload.

What you can expect from us

Clear responsibility instead of big claims

TopLampenReviews does not run its own lighting laboratory and does not claim personal long-term use unless it is documented. A long text does not turn a source analysis into hands-on testing. This separation is part of our editorial work.

How sources, affiliate links and product data are handled is explained in detail under How we rate. You can find more about the project and the TopReviews network under About us.
